Zelinda's Brazilian Bakery is founded by Laura and Kyle Hynek. We sell crispy coxinha, gluten-free pão de queijo, brigadeiros, açaí bowls, risoles, and more. Named in honor of Laura's grandmother Zelinda, every item is made from scratch using traditional Brazilian recipes.
